Queen Noor Technical College, whose origins date back to 1973, has evolved into a centre of excellence for aviation maintenance and technical education. Building on decades of expertise, the College equips aspiring aviation professionals with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to meet the highest international industry standards.

Under the leadership of Maher Abughazaleh, MAG Holding is securing a new Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and a ground handling services licence in the region, creating the foundation for a significant expansion of its aviation portfolio. These strategic milestones will support the launch of a new commercial airline while establishing an integrated platform that combines passenger air transport with comprehensive ground handling capabilities, delivering end-to-end aviation solutions.
